At Kyxrelynlydhikio, we are committed to providing you with fresh, beautiful floral arrangements. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds:

  • Damaged or defective arrangements: If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, we will replace them or provide a full refund
  • Wrong order: If you receive an incorrect order, we will arrange for the correct arrangement to be delivered or provide a full refund
  • Late delivery: If your order arrives significantly later than the promised delivery time, we may offer a partial refund or replacement

Non-Refundable Items

The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Recipient not available at delivery address
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
  • Natural wilting or aging of flowers after 48 hours of delivery
  • Custom arrangements that were created according to specific customer requirements

Return Process

To initiate a return or request a refund:

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Replacement Orders

In cases where a replacement is more appropriate than a refund, we will arrange for a new arrangement to be delivered at no additional cost. Replacement deliveries will be scheduled as soon as possible, typically within 24-48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.
